VIP TRAVEL.....

Recently during my trip to Udaipur,I witnessed 2 instances regarding VIP travel.

The scene was amazing,esply after the frisking controversery of Dr.A P J Abdul Kalam.

1st Instance-At the Mumbai airport enterance gate,I happened to see a Central Minister.

The minister got out of his car and made in swiftly into the gate seperately assigned for VIP's!!!

The Security guards were running around for his swift movement thru' the airport,virtually every security man was dancing around like cat!!

What annoyed me more that a seperate entrance gate was assigned despite the only operational gate being insufficient to cater the needs of the AAM ADMI !!!

I had no option but only to stand and wait in the Q for my turn to come and take the entrance-How disgusting ????Whereas minister made his way smoothly with his dancing cordon around him.

That very moment,I felt to protest by yelling at the minister and express the voice of AAM AADMI,however I had no intention to spoil my trip !!!

2nd Instance-On my onward journey from Udaipur after completing the Security check,I came across a board mentioning the list of exempt persons for security checks.

I took a lot of interest to read the beautiful board which seemed quite expensive.The last two categories of exempt persons read as 1) SPG Protectees 2) Shri Robert Vadera when travelling with SPG.(Robert Vadera is the son in law of Mrs.Sonia Gandhi)

The moment I read the last category I got wild and angry.

When the 2nd last name explicitly mentions that SPG protectees are exempt from security checks,why the hell name of Robert Vadera be mentioned seperately????

Is he some great saviour of nation that his name be mentioned so prominently when the list is very clear with various criteria !!!!

I throughlly agree at the security provided to this gentleman owing to threat perception,but the exclusive mention of his name on such a list is sheer nonsense and hype.....

I request all the readers to check such boards at the airport after security checks and also comment on the blog written...

Despite being included in the list by default in category of SPG protectees....

Does he really need the treatment of being mentioned exclusively on the list ?

Any one from Home Ministry or Civil Aviation Ministry reading this blog?

BEGGARS OF BLACK CATS.....................

Very recently a controversery was created over the proposal of withdrawing the Elite NSG Guard cover (popularly known as Black Cats) of famous hindi heartland politicians like Mayawati,Mulayam Singh Yadav,Laloo Prasad Yadav.

The proceedings of Parliament were distrupted over the issue causing the house to detract from the main stream work.

Indeed,it's disgusting on the part of these useless politicians to BEG for BLACK CATS dancing around them all the time!! In order to fulfill their fantasy of STATUS SYMBOL,they took the entire house for ransom. The elite force is created to deal with extraordinary situation,however it is being diverted to guard these pity politicians.

The Ministry of Home affairs (MHA) had only proposed to withdraw the Security of Black Cats and substitute them with other Paramilitary forces.It didnt mean to cut down the security to ZERO,a reasonable cover was being protected.However,that did'nt go well with the HINDI HEARTLAND POLITICOS,therby creating BIG UPROAR in the house.
The politicians and their fellow party MP's created ruckus in the house....

It's high time that the MHA must bring in Bill to provide VIP security on payment basis as done in CISF.A list of privelleged VIP's i.e President,PM must only be provided with the Black cats.The criteria for security must be enhanced viz.threat perception etc.The criteria must be complied strictly.

The elite forces are to protect the citizens and not these creatures.

Anyone in MHA hearing???Or do I have to become Minister for MHA to bring in revolution???

Where does the Speaker of Lok Sabha go???

Every LokSabha elects it's Speaker for orderly ruling of the house....
But irony of the situation,Order in the house is distant dream....
However I have noted quite frequently that Speaker of Loksabha is only presiding during early 2 hours of the day,rest of the time Speaker is nowhere to be seen !!!!

The question that comes to my mind is where does the speaker go???

When the Speaker is assigned a specific role to chair the proceedings,why does the speaker have to stay away from the proceedings most of the time??? Neither the Deputy Speaker is seen,but only to be substituted by some other member on the chair.This trend has become a routine.
If this is to continue,then why not the post of Speaker be abolished???

Let any memeber of the house subject to availabilty take over the proceedings as it is seen regularly...Now the question arises regarding impartiality of Speaker....To which I would state that member occupying the chair shall be deemed to be impartial-who cares???

By abolishing the post of Speaker,Dy.Speaker a lot of money can be saved in Consolidated Fund of India.According to protocol procedures the Lok Sabha Speaker is placed at 4th position,therby assigning a high status!!!

Does the Speaker deserve such position who presides Parliament only few hours a day ???
Moreover the house is in session hardly 4times in a year!!!

We need to think on it seriously beyond conventional mindset!!!

Breach of Protocol of Former Prez Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam by Continental Airlines.

Recently, much uproar was caused over the alleged breach of protocol to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam.
The Government of India has given list of priority in matters of Protocol.
Manier times the common man gets puzzled over the Protocol list.
Actually the Protocol list is for level of treatment for various dignitaries at public places and occasions. For instance the Protocol determines the seating arrangement on DIAS, travelling procedures etc!!!

The list at the centre level is topped by the Hon’ble President followed by the Prime Minister, Cabinet Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, and Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India. There is concurrent list at state level as well headed by the Governor of the state, Chief Minister, Chief Justice of High court. The governor of the state when travelling in Delhi is given priority only after Speaker of Lok Sabha.Even the Ex Presidents are included in the Protocol....

Our Ex President was frisked at the Delhi airport by Continental airline staff therby breaking the protocol. It is big insult to the country as honourable citizen like Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam was met with such treatment. If the plight of such respected citizens is so bad then it’s beyond my imagination as to how a common Indian would be treated in USA??? The Continental airline has refused to tender any apology over the entire episode. The airline must be penalised for the lax attitude.A strict warning must be given to all the airlines operating from the Indian soil.
Along with the fault of airlines, I want to condemn the Protocol Department, Ministry of External affairs (MEA), and Ministry of Home affairs (MHA). Let me remind them about the procedures formulated by their respective departments in matters of VIP and Govt officials travel. The MEA and MHA are liable to take prior note of such travel and inform the concerned departments in the country and abroad. This incident has just exposed the shortcomings and laxity on the part of MEA & MHA.

The media is silent on the lapses of MHA which is liable to be informed under the various procedures in reference to VIP travel. Please point finger at MHA too....

The Minister of External affairs, Minister of home affairs must also give statement in the Parliament and give explanation for the lapses. The issue should not be taken lightly as it is matter of PROPRIETY. The protocol department should be taken to task for utter failure in discharge of its duties. As such the protocol dept has hardly any job to do.
The matter must be taken up at the highest level by the Govt of India as such instances have been repeated several times.

I wish that this could have been highlighted a day earlier in the presence of US Secretary of State Ms.Hillary Clinton, the Govt of India could have lodged it’s protest effectively on the high headed behaviour of US airline.

Continental airlines must limit itself, when it’s on the Indian Soil.

MUMTA DIDI KI MUMTA

Today Trinamool Congress (TMC) organised a martyr’s rally in Kolkata to pay tribute to the TMC workers killed in 1993.The high profile event was attended by all the party functionaries including the newly elected celebrity MP’s ranging from Bengali actors to singers.....

The martyr’s day turned out to be show of strength for TMC.The number of people turning up was massive, beyond expectations of Mumta didi.Mumta didi was at her best, overwhelmed with response from the people. The event witnessed play back singing by singer turned politicians!!!The entire city was thrown out of gear with chaos!!!My sympathies with people of Kolkata who are held to ransom every now and then with Bandhs, rally....

It’s an open secret that Mumta didi aspires to be Chief Minister of West Bengal....

Being railway minister is just a matter of time pass for her before she takes over as CM, WB in upcoming 2011 assembly election. But she being the Railway minister is risky business for Indian railways. The Railway minister of the country is expected to concentrate upon railway matters of entire country.However, Didi is acting as Railway Minister of West Bengal by spending most of her time (abt 20 days in a month) in West Bengal. This has left Railway ministry in mess with officials going directionless and shuttling between Delhi and Kolkata!!! Infact she took charge of Railway Minister at Kolkata itself, departing from age old tradition of Rail Bhavan, Delhi....

She is busy announcing new trains for Bengal on almost daily basis, without any consideration for other states. The people of Mumbai are fed up of demanding improvement of the Local trains, but Rail Ministry being Eastern property, the rest of country is helpless.

Has the Railway Ministry gone to DOGS?
Who knows, only the next Rail minister may be able to tell the people!!!

LALOO PRASAD YADAV IN KARUNANIDHI STYLE

I love to watch the live proceedings of Parliament on the Lok Sabha channel. Generally People do not watch the Lok Sabha Channel except for the BUDGET Speech.... But watching our Hon’ble MP’s & Ministers is fun and good entertainment!!!! The sight of Lok Sabha hall is nothing less than a KG class in the school!!!

On the 20th July one such incident was entertainment piece for the MP’s and viewers as well....The great leader of Bihar Laloo Prasad Yadav was spotted wearing Dark sunglasses in the House!!!! To everybody’s surprised he looked similar to the TN CM Thiru Karunanidhi..... The members couldn’t resist their inquisitiveness and asked him about his new avatar!!!
He replied saying that he had eye problem...

He also declared his found love for Non Vegetarian food after losing the job of Rail Minister....After all it was the question of well being of the leading entertainer in the Indian AKHADA (Politics)!!!

Kasab’s Confession

With a lot of hype around the high profile case of Nov 26/11 attacks, the various Govt agencies came out celebrating the confession in the media....

The various Govt agencies esply the Politicians rejoiced the confession as if the accused will be hanged in the next moment...

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra (Does he need the honour?) welcomed the court’s decision saying that finally he will be punished-How misleading!!!

The irony of the situation is that mere confession will not lead anywhere....
The statement will require a lot of evidence and witnesses to be corroborated, which will take lot of time. ...

Does the confession lead to punishment?

No, MR CM please present the correct picture to the people....
There is nothing to rejoice about the confession....

Confessional statement is full of flip-flop.
Esply the history of confessional statement in India have been full of flip flops. The famous confessional statement in Best bakery case of Godhra riots is classic example of flip flop confessional statement.

Even if the confessional statement is admitted in the court the accused may always resort to the yardstick of being misquoted.

If the politicians can do the same on the camera, why not their fellow tribes of criminals do the same!!!!

In the end, the Indian Legal system is based on lottery system when it comes to conviction of criminals!!!

State of affairs of the University

The University of Mumbai is the worst university in the whole universe....

Thousands of students like me are waiting for the Law results to be declared...

For the past 1 month every student is speculating AAJ KAL MAIN AYENGA !!!

I am tired of speculating 'today.tom and the day after'....

Are the results to be transmitted from different ORBIT???

Seems the paper checking to go on interminably????

Well.....

For the past month i have been living in the GMT zone....

Trying hard to sleep in IST zone...

I walked for 1 hr at the dead of night with intention to get physically tired and sleep...Bt the GMT zone is MEHERBAN on me....

Any suggestions???
